I didn’t start SilverKey Senior Transitions from a business model. I started it from experience. Years ago, I walked through two major life transitions with my own mom and faced the same decisions so many families encounter: understanding care options, evaluating communities, coordinating a move, and managing the emotional and logistical details that come with it.

There were long nights, hard questions, and plenty of moments when I wished we had one knowledgeable person to help us understand our options and make informed decisions.

Years later, as a real estate professional working with older adults and their families, I saw how much the senior living landscape had changed—and how difficult it could still be to navigate. I even had to sign my mom’s senior living lease paperwork on my wedding day. I know firsthand what it feels like when an important decision suddenly becomes an urgent one.

That experience is why I created SilverKey. I combine senior living guidance with real estate expertise so families have one local resource to help connect the care decision, the move, and the home.

My goal is simple: to help families understand their options and move forward with a clear plan.
